aquaero Revision 4 (FW) 417 needs updating

Hi everyone,

I been trying to update my firmware from 417 to 442 but cant find a place to download it from and now i really need an update as Fan 2 won't change speed and I'm hoping this will work, iv taken a screenshot to show whats happening also i would like to know how to flash the aquaero 4 as well.

You don't need to download it because it already comes with your aquasuite ;)

Click on aquaero in the menu bar and select the firmware update function.

Lol can't believe it was that easy i understand why i couldn't find it :wacko:

So I've flashed my aquaero 4 now and all went well but i still have a problem with "fan 2" pins, I've swapped the fans over to make sure it wasn't the fans but it's still the same and runs a full rpm and I'm not sure what i can do? any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

If it runs at full speed all the time - no matter which settings - it is very likely that the voltage regulator of this channel is damaged. Normally only happens if the load is too high and the temperature gets too hot.

that's what happening, I'm running 3 fans on one is that why its damaged?

As said, very likely that it was damaged by overload/overheat.

That voltage regulator must be exchanged (if that is the problem).
