AquagrATIx HD 6990 - It do the JOB

Monday, April 18th 2011, 5:16pm

Hello from Spain,

Last week I have received 2 AquagrATIx for the HD 6990. After the installation, the temperature at iddle is about 30ºC less than the original fan solution, and when in full, the temp. only increases 10-15ºC.

And of course, 0 noise. With the 2 Hd 6990 with the original fan, when in Full load it seems that the Pc have to take off :D

Here some pictures:

Maybe you want to use the twinconnect for both cards.

I prefer the 2 cards independents the one of the other, for test and in case of hardware failure is more easy of unplug for separate.

The IDE cable you see in the photo, is de IDE cable of the Creative X-Fi sound blaster that connect the card with front panel. All Hdd are Sata 2 and the Master is Sata 3 6Gb/s
