Airplex modular 420CU fan drill position

I told my local re-seller that i want 2 of AMS420CU and happy to wait. But the workshop who working for my case panel cannot wait. I need the distant of fan screw center both of the top and buttom to drill the panel.

Blue is 39 mm and red is 23 mm.
