sorry guys i know i might be not in the right place but i will need your help i made an order 23/9/2014 and the order has been pressed until that everything is fine but from the 23/9 until now no changing what so ever in the status i send many e-mails to ask about it and no answer i even wanted to change one item if they don't have the item i want in the stock and again no answer can anyone helps me please i am getting confused

Friday was a national holiday in Germany and Saturday and Sunday we are generally closed.
