Aquacomputer don't let others to know how wrong they are and don't want you to know there is problem with their system and they call it " Mistry "

And whats the point to have an account with Aqua ?? after you sent them the device for RMA and they will sent it back to another address witch is not in the account !! (WHAT A JOKE !!) :cursing: :cursing: :cursing:

I understand your situation but could you please stop your childish behavior! You will not help anyone with that.

On a side note: sending expensive stuff around the globe back to us without a covering letter is always a great idea... :wacko:

PS : there is a RETURN address writen on TOP of the Parcel which you guys don't bother to look at ! and now try to put the BLAME on me without a letter X(

You sound like we have not replied in days but it was less than one hour. Please understand I am the only guy at the moment handling everything from e-mail to phone calls and much other things. I can not provide real time support for everyone.

It sounds good to work for such innovative products you can be proud of. It's a far more interesting job than most of us have. How many people are you, here ?
