I have installed the Aquasuite service but it does not update the time on startup

How do i uninstall the service?

Not sure what you are trying to do, but let me give these two options:

Uninstall aquasuite in the start menu:
unaqua.jpg

Uninstall aquasuite's Windows Services in the aquasuite Settings tab:
unwinserv.jpg
