Hey I'm just checking if it's possible to use a temp sensor connected to the mps flow 400 with a fan controller on the Aquaero 6? I can't seem to find that temp sensor in the list of inputs

Maybe you are looking at the wrong menu. If the flow sensor is only connected via USB, you have to set up a software sensor in the aquaero to be able to access the external temperature sensor of the flow sensor.
