aqua drive quietness..

hi will the aqua drive (dual or/and single) provide me with any sound insulatingness - e.g. will it make my harddrive sound quieter or is its purpose soely to cool the hard drive. Thanks

It will decrease the sound of your harddrives.

There is sound proofing material inside -> *click me*

that's a black anodized aquadrive ?

was it made for you or did you strip off the blue & have it anodized after ?

also my aquadrive did not have the large blocks of foam was these fitted after ?

The bigger foam blocks were installed in addition.

Color -> it's a normal titan version. Maybe the bad illumination makes it a bit black

It is black ..

the guy who took the pictures anodized it in black.

Only blue is available in the shop.

So why not make it available in black? Black is VERY popular here in the USA. The black Aquatubes sell out almost immediately. :o

You can have the blue stripped off prior to having it re-anodized in the color of your choice.
