I have frequently had similar display unit discrepancies. In the AS 2012, there is a section for Aquero 5 user interface where units are selected, Also, at the bottom, there is a section Aquasuite were display units are selected. Both section have to match, and you have to click the "floppy" icon next to Aquero 5 to save it to the Aquero 5 itself.

Go figure! I have tried several "Answers" posted to this and other Forums, and very few of them actually solved my problem, but they usually provided the correct "Clue Stick upside the Head" for me to figure it out myself.
