Forum Software Update?

Did the forum software get an update?

My login screen is different, not an issue, but I no longer appear to have an option to display the HTML code icons over the message editor.
They are very helpful for HTML challenged folks like me. Can they be made available again?

And today all is back to normal... guess my browser went weird yesterday.
