Need help with Data log > Analyze data

Aquasuite locks up for me when I try to add a second item to a chart in the Analyze data function.
Initially I thought it may have something to do with Windows Services, but the problem persists with 2 variables selected direct from the aquaero.
Adding 1 item is fine... maybe I am missing a piece of support software? This used to work for me.

Send us the error log from the Windows event viewer. We will need the larger one; the short one is useless for us.
