Greetings,
After leak testing the aqualis I disassembled it to remove the fountain effect and add the steel part but I heard a "chink" as soon as the top came off. :( No force was used and I am very weak. Is this normal?

I recommend to send an e-mail with the photo and your invoice number or address details if it was purchased from somewhere else.
