Can you use a 4-pin Y-splitter to connect 2 Aquabus cables?

I have 2 temps on an external radiator I would like to measure (outside temp and water temp of water outlet), but I only have 1 Aquabus cable going to an mps delta 40 fill sensor. Can I add another mps, just to get the temperature, and connect both mps' to the same cable, with a Y-splitter?

YES, but...
... make sure you use a suitable y-connector like this one in the shop: aquabus Y-connector 4 pins.
... you have to connect the second mps first via USB and change the ID, afterwards it can be used without a USB connection
