Is it possible to momentarily stop a D5 Next Pump?

I was hoping to configure a pair of MPS flow sensors. To do that, I need to stop flow in the loop for a brief time. Is it possible to stop the D5 Next pumps via aquasuite? I couldn't get the RPM below ~2000 even with the input set to 0% and the output also showing 0%.

No, the pump can not be stopped.
