Octo and Aquaero6XT

I've got an interesting situation - i've planned to use a number of octo devices feeding off of an aquaero 6 XT unit.

I have 5 octo units feeding back to the aquaero via a splitty9 in aquabus mode. The octos are now hooked up via usb and show up in the software.

Whenever i put more than one octo onto the aquabus and perform a scan the original octo goes unresponsive and the scan does not pick up any additional units.

is there a limitation on hooking up multiple octos to an aquaero? I do not see an aquabus address field under system for the octos, are they not controlled the same as previous aquabus devices?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

According to the aquaero MANUAL, you have ONE (1) aquabus address available for OCTO. octo_bus.jpg

If you run the aquasuite, use the USB connection and all 5 OCTOs will be available with 8 fan controllers per OCTO.
