Replacement Part for Ultitube Pro D5 200 Reservoir

Hi I accidentally stripped the mounting holes for the 3 screws to mount the pump/reservoir. I am unable to find the replacement part for this. I have attached the image of the part, ignore the filter I need the pump top that goes in between the pump and reservoir. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for this. It says email takes upto 4 weeks. Hopefully not in my case.
