Can Aquasuite or the AS service control Afterburner?

I'm just thinking about potential safeguards to have in place in my larger GPU-based rendering systems. Rather than powering down a system entirely, would it be possible to have the service use Afterburner to throttle the GPUs in a system as the first level of protection against a cooling system malfunction? For example, if the coolant temp crossed a specified threshold, AS would use Afterburner to set the GPU TDPs to a low limit in order to keep things running while reducing the heat output. Is that possible?

No that's not possible.
Also this must be a feature request for the Afterburner Developers.
