Can someone please explain how to duplicate a global profile (in order to modify and save) as a distinct option?

Hi all, been lurking a while and have some rather loud fan setups controlled by ambient-water temp Delta.I'd like to duplicate the default profile in order to modify it to create a "Target Temperature" profile as discussed here; particularly after re-reading Capt-Clueless' posts within the subject F.I:

I'd argue that controlling deltaT is a dumb idea compared to just
controlling absolute water temperature, but that's a minor point
compared to the flaws in using a curve controller instead of set point
control. And I'm truly baffled by the amount of replies this post has
gotten without a single mention of it.

I'd like to do more with my liquid cooling and this can allow me to test and hopefully improve my setup.
Just about to do a new build and still time poor, so anything that can help save time and speed up improvements should be good.
With thanks from the antipodes

After a friend came over for a couple of fittings to replace a problematic one in his new build I put some work into a test profile.
  1. Took a backup.xml of my Quadro settings
  2. Reset Front INT rad fans to sense Coolant temp 39C & hold minimum 10%
  3. Reset Top EXH rad fans to sense Coolant temp 39C & hold minimum 12%
  4. Reset Rear EXH rad fans to sense Coolant temp 39C & hold minimum 12%
Alles ordenung :) Quiet is real
