D5 pump not showing in Aquasuite

D5 pump not showing in Aquasuite

Morning all, I am struggling with my water cooled PC, my friend built it a few years ago and recently I had a fatal windows error as part of that I reset the bios.

Now I cannot see the pump in Aqua suite I can only see Octo, Fabwerks360 and high flow NEXT. Could it be some fan settings in the BIOS is it something obvious? PWM fans or something? any help appreciated. also when the PC boots the pump it working as the flow is shown on the screen of the high flow NEXT and it goes over 100. as soon as windows boots it goes to 0

could be the USB connection, if the pump is missing in the Aquasuite.

turn the PC out and disconect the PSU for some seconds (for a full bios start).

try to reconnect the USB from the Pump and the Motherboard, check the cable.

check the Motherbord Bios for USB settings (Motherboard USB connectors from all chipsets on)
try another usb connector

update / reinstall Aquasuite

You didn't say if this D5 was a D5 Next, if it's not the latter then you will have to add it manually as if it was a fan and rename it.
