Aquastream controller's LEDs (red and green on)

Well, it seems that this Aquastream Controller is displaying both red and green LEDs at once. No flashing but both are lit at all times? Any insight on this possible issue?

It could be in the fill cycle....

have you tried taking the jumper off the back?

The jumper had been removed since first setting up the system so it must be something else. Any further insight?

it may just be a faulty connection, so both leds are on...... id e-mail tech support and find out if its a serious problem
