Lüfterkontrolle nach Wassertemp

Hallo,

was für konkrete Möglichkeiten habe ich, wenn ich die Lüfter auf meinem Radiator abhängig von der Wassertemperatur entweder an oder aus (und nichts anderes) schalten will?

oder ich schau mal bei gelegenheit welche teile man dazu braucht - ich bin immer noch nicht dazu gekommen das teil zu realisieren.
