Wie bring ich ein verwertbares Video auf meine HD?

Es sind im INet ja immer diese redirect.ram, ist ne Textfile stehen ein paar komische URLs drin, hab mit rumprobiert, hat mir nix geholfen

Wäre sehr dankbar!
