Red light on aquastream xt ultra

I just finished putting my water cooling loop back together an now the pump will not work. I have tried using a jumper to reset to factory settings but its does not help. The pump does not seem to move or make a sound. When I plug the molex into the pump the red light comes on then goes off for a second then comes back on and stays on. It worked last week when I was testing the loop when I plugged the molex into the pump now it does not. I read the manual an similar posts but nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated.

A constant red LED means that the controller is defective. In this case you should send in the pump or only the controller.

I removed the back cover on the aquastream. So to complete the controller removal just de-solder the wires from the controller board? What the repair/replacement costs including shipping from the US to Aqua Computer? What address should the controller be sent?

You only have to remove the two wires at the bottom of the controller. I recommend to send the controller in a padded envelope to save shipping costs.

Please include a short description of the problem and if possible a copy of the invoice. If the problem is covered by warranty you don't have to pay anything for the repair and shipping costs back to you. Otherwise the costs will be somewhere around 15,00 EUR.
