Ich habe Setup "target temp" steuert die verschiedenen Fans auf jedem Schleifen Wassertemperatur Basis einstellen. Auch für die interne Lufttemperatur und Fan-Amp temps.
Ich habe die RGB-LED ersetzen installiert die Power-LED, so bekomme ich eine andere schnelle visuelle Hinweis auf was los ist. Grün für unter Betriebstemperatur, Blau für normale temp und rot für Überhitzung.

Im immer noch dabei, die Alarme aber für jetzt nur noch eine über temp Alarm für jeden Loop und die CPU so hoch und piepst die RGB-LED blinkt rot.

Neue Ergebnisse Lasttests mit leicht unterschiedlichen Ziel-temps.

Ich habe 4 GPUs + MB / RAM in einer Schleife - Aquaero 5 berechnet 750W Verlustleistung durch die Schlaufe auf rund 3c Wasser Delta zwischen kalten und heißen Seite Seite der Schleife, wenn unter Last. Die Schleife hat 120,6 von rd.

Ambient 23c Wasser Leerlauf 30c mit den Fans bei 900rpm aber unter Last Wasser geht bis 37c mit GPUs bei 45c und Fans bei 1800rpm.
Wassertemp 37c = 42-45c über die GPU-Kerne mit 15 Minuten Furmark Belastung.

Mein Ziel für die GPU Temp Schleife Lüftersteuerungen ist 34c Wasser aus.

FYI meine GPUs sind bei 950/1300 Leerlauf in 2D und 1000/1300 in 3D. So dump über 370W im Leerlauf in der Schleife. Weil ich Eyefinity haben ich die 2d ​​Uhren und Spannungen sperren zu Flackern zu stoppen.
Bevor ich die Karten in 2D und behinderte Energiesparmodus Modus gesperrt würde das Wasser bei 1c über Umgebungstemperatur im Ruhezustand.

I have 4 D5 pumps I plan to hook up when they sort out the firmware so the A5 can manage temperature of the voltage regulators properly.
As it is i cant support the fans on the A5 as they draw 2amps anyway with 6 per controller. The PA2 only just manages them with the ram cooler too.
The D5s draw 1.4 amps but i think draw up to 2Amps when starting.
Im going to try 2 D5s on the A5 tonight, 1 from each loop, that way if 1 fails the system can keep running till I plug it back in to a direct 12v connection.

Its been a lot of fun setting up.

Well its official the A5 will support 2 x D5 pumps running at the minimum pump start voltage of 7v with the pumps on channel 2 & 4 which pushes both channels voltage regulators to 65c with the water block.

I tried channel 3 & 4 together but that triggered over temp of 95c.
Interesting that even a single D5 will heat a fan amp to 65c too but running 2 on channels next to each pushes 95c in both fan amps.

A bit strange because the pumps each only draw 1.4 amps at full power and .8 Amps at 7v which means the heatsink only has to take a load of about .5 amp each channel.
I know the pairs 1&2 3&4 share a temp sensor each pair, so I think the engineers have some tweaking to do in the firmware around temperature measurement of the voltage regulators.

I put a temp probe down the back of the water block heatsink between it and the board and it was registering 40c on the surface of the block and 59c when near a voltage regulator.

I got asked to do a test on another forum and got the following results which might be interesting to some.

3 x 370mA fans at 4.4v drawing 300mA and 2 x D5 pumps at 7v is the safe limit for an A5 with waterblock on my config. Shared 3&4 channels heating to 85c. Adding a 4th fan on the channel pushes it to draw 420mA and right on 95c.

Ch3 3 x 370mA fans running at 4.4v 300mA 85c
Ch4 1 x D5 running @ 7v 800mA 85c

This means in theory you could run 2 x D5s and 6 x 370mA fans across the other 2 channels. (i have a flow meter on ch1 which you could theoretically put another 3 fans on)

I did some reconfiguring today.
Ive loaded the 4 D5 pumps onto the controllers and they work a treat!
