Its a little bit to powerfull 
of course you can use it, but a 1046 or 1048 would be better. They are small enough to be put into the case and their power is enough to serve several coolers and radiators. And they make hardly any noise, while you can hear an 1250 or a 1060 quiet good.
These pumps are only necessary if you want to use a Bong instead of a Radiator because then you need higher pressure.
Also most people here in the Forum use a 1046/48, and only a few a 1250, i don't know anybody who has a 1060.

I don´t have a watercooled system yet, but i´ve read in this forum long enough ;D . So I can tell you that the Eheim1046 is quite good, very silent (just like the other models) and sufficient in most of the selled systems. The 1048 has double the power (600 l/h) of a 1046 and is only necessary if you use many components like CPU-cooler plus 2 GPU-cooler, one or two radiator, many tube-connections or something like that.
But you can make your decision on your own .

I think the 1060 is not absolutly quiet because users of the 1250 say that they can here theirs and the 1060 is much more powerfull than the 1250

just because we would like to see how your PC with Watercooling is looking
nearly everybody has a different case, or other ideas how to build up his system and most of them, if they have the possibilities, present their solutions here in the Forum.
For some who are new in this buisnes it might help when they have problems how to install theirs, and pictures say much more than words
