Nees help my computer is switching off in few seconds after start

Hellow all, i just finished my watercooling system but when im starting it its turns off shortly after, and doint it even if pump is not connected. Even if im taking motherboard out of system and discconecting evrything it wont work. But day after that motherborad begun to work again, but when i connected all back it came back and it turn off again. Im usin pump

can someone help me with some tips whats kinde of problem is it ? is it motherboard destroed or im doing wrong with a pump ? PSU is sapphire pure 1250w

We need a lot more information before we can help.

1. What is connected to the Motherboard CPU Fan Header to supply that RPM Signal?

2. Are you using any software (Aquasuite) to control the Pump?

3. If #2 is YES, do you have any Alarms configured?

You can try connecting a fan to the CPU Fan Header to provide the RPM Signal, and see if the system shuts down. That will indicate that whatever you normally have connected is causing the problem.

What motherboard do you have? As wa3pnt pointed out what is connected to the cpu fan header? Can you get in to BIOS or just turn off after a few seconds and stays off?
