Pump speed to low alarm

Monday, August 26th 2019, 10:47pm

Hi, I am new to this and trying to install my first custom loop. I have an D5 next 280 ml fontain and having trouble getting the pump to work. When I try to fill the tank and start the pump to fill the system with water the alarm starts and it say "pump speed to low". It is not pumping anything. . I dont understand what out and in on the pump, since the out is plugged inside, and if I remove that plug the water runs out at the back of the pump. I have tried different setups but all get the same alarm and error. What noob mistake have I done? Only the sata power connected.

'Update

The white power plug inside the pump part with the display are loose and Aquacomputer may think that this is the problem. The plug are pushing it self inside the housing since it is loose.
