Flow sensor high flow NEXT, G1/4 0 L/H

Hi,

Just installed the Flow sensor high flow NEXT, G1/4, in my loop, connected the usb, installed the software, all sensors are working except flow, on the display and software it's say 0 l/h. It does not matter how fast the pump goes.
Flow seems to be ok bubbles moving fast, temps are great so don't know what's wrong.

Any help would be welcome.
