[Aquaashield] What is the causes of those small spikes

I own an aquashield in shield mode.

What is the causes of those small spikes ? They triggers the alarm at a regular pace.

That happens at any time.

I included a small video.

You can see that the pressure is correct, and for some reason the leakshield repressurize on a regular basis.
I switched from the adaptative mode to the fixed mode. Same issue.

If you look at the logs, you see that it detects a pressure of 387mbar and "re-establish" it at 440.
If you look at the video, you see that the "current negative pressure" field never moves below or over 387 mbar. It is stable.

So what is really happening ?

Either your pump changes its performance very quickly because it is regulated by the CPU temperature, for example, or your system must be extremely leaky.


Before there is an outcry, this is not about water tightness, but about air tightness under negative pressure.


If you still regulate the pump, set it to a fixed output and see what happens.

Ty for answering.You can see the pump speed in the pictures I posted.
It is fixed at 4300 rpm.

The system has no leak.


I managed to get a much better behavior by removing some remaining air bubbles, by tilting the case.
Still, Leakshield should not react like that ?

The spikes in your chart indicate a blocked membrane. You should run the membrane test from the diagonostic feature in the system tab.

The test where LEAKSHIELD has to be removed from the reservoir usually provides a more reliable result but the test in mounted state might already confirm my assumption. Make sure to grab the glass tube when you remove LEAKSHIELD to avoid that the glass will become loose at the base.

You may be right. I also did the test and cleaned the membrane after it failed. That may also be the reason it stopped beeping.
