I have not had this problem with Aquasuite but I vaguely recall reading few posts about it.
You may want to try posting about it on the
Aquacomputer Official Supportsubreddit which is a Vendor Thread in r/Watercooling. Sometimes they will respond there quicker than in this forum. You can also email support@aqua-computer.de. You may want to include links to posts from other people having this problem. Aquasuite is used by a lot of people and if only one person or a few people have a problem like this, but the vast majority of people do not, Aquacomputer usually assumes the problem is something specific in Windows, or some other software on the affected computers, and is not a problem with Aquasuite. If you can show that multiple people are experiencing this, they may take it more seriously. When an Aquasuite bug is confirmed, they usually fix it very quickly.
