Leakshield Frequently Pumping Causing Alarms

Montag, 6. Oktober 2025, 17:50

Hi All,

I've had my Leakshield setup for about 8 months now it has been fine until a few days ago when I decided to top it off using the Aquacomputer PCI Slot Fill Port. Released the pressure and used the built in Fill feature and it filled to to what Aquasuite says is 58%. Fill it up just fine and the system was normal for a few days. Recently, the alarm has been going off constantly because the Leakshield Air pump keeps kicking on. I did a bit of research and assumed it was due to the internal pressure not being able to reach the default settings so I dropped it down to 260 which seemed to work for a day but it's beeping again today. I've tried to Deaerate the system but it didn't seem to help.

Edit to add more information: This only happens when I first boot the PC up. I notice that when the PC is off, the water level is higher and will eventually settle after a few minutes. The alarms will continue being less frequent with time. At about 45 minutes after bootup, the alarm seems to go away at the same time, I notice that the Volume change is significantly lower than before. When the alarm would go off, Volume Change would bounce around between 25-35 ml/h now it's steady at -1 to 1 ml/h.

Thank you so much

Update: I think I figured out the issue. After leaving Shield mode on for most of the day, I decided to switch it to Monitor just to shut the alarm off. After a while, I noticed water started dripping out of the PCI fill port. Plugged it with a sealed bit of hose. Gonna keep an eye on it
