RECENTLY I BOUGHT THE WB KRYOS HF....NOT SO MUCH HF.IT HAS REPLACED AN OLD D-TEK FUSION V2...MY LOOP IS COMPOSED OF
THE CPU WB
TWO AQUACOMPUTER CHIPSET WB'S,ON THE SAME LOOP ,BYPASSING THE CPU WB,IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE THE FLOW.

AQUACOMPUTER HIGH FLOW SENSOR
WATERCOOL AGB RESERVOIR,INSTALLED DIRECTLY ON THE INTAKE OF THE PUMP AS A BUFFER.
ALL TUBING IS 13/19mm (3/4OD) AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE,NO ELBOWS ,ONLY STRAIGHT CONNECTORS,NO HARD CURVES.
WITH THE D-TEK BLOCK I HAD A FLOW SOMEWERE ARROUND 290L/H AS REPORTED BY THE AQUAERO.
WITH THE KRYOS HF,ON THE SAME LOOP I GET ONLY 170 L/H,AND ONLY A HALF 0,5°C IMPROVEMENT OVER THE D-TEK V2.NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE BY THE BOOK,INCLUDING THE THERMAL PASTE.
I NOTICED THAT THE KRYOS HF COMES WITH TWO DIFFERENT INTERNAL O RINGS,THE SMALLER ONE INSTALLED BY DEFAULT.COULD SOMEONE EXPLAIN THAT?IS THE THICKER ONE SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE A HIGHER FLOW?
IF I WOULD INSTALL A SECOND D5 PUMP IN THE LOOP,WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?IT WOULD BE WORTH IT?
