Wie heiss darf maximal die CPU DIE (Kern) werden?
Antwort:
Das Problem ist das nicht alle CPU`s über eine Interne Termperatur Diode bzw. Transitor verfügen. Es ist gefährlich die CPU ohne Kühlung zu betreiben und kann zu schweren Schäden bei CPU und Mainboard führen.
Diese sind Kern Temperaturen!!!!
Ein Sockel Temperaturfühler erfast nur ungenau die Oberflächen Temperatur.
