• Soft TCS means that your computer will shut down by the aquaero when certain parameters are reached (e.g. very high water temperature) -> software controlled
  
• Instead "normal" TCS is installed between the PSU and your Mainboard. It shuts down your computer by cancelling power when the cooling block becomes too hot -> hardware controlled (see http://www.aqua-computer.de/content/ueberwachung.htm)
  

AC offers two kind of TCS

• a hardware-based version
  
  which comes between the psu and the mainboard.
  the thermal-sensor should be mounted at the cuplex (normal, evo or pro). when a spezial temperature is reached, the sensor shuts down the computer.
  
• a software-based version
  it is included in the aquaero. you can observe any temp-sensor you want(e.g. water, cpu). when this sensor measures a self-defined temperature, the system will be shuten down.

soon (round about 3 weeks) there will be an additional module for the aquabus. the aquabus multiswitch is able to control up to 8 12V-channels where you can mount cold cathodes or normal fans or something else that needs 12V to work proper.
you can turn on or off these eight channels as you wish

edit:
for working as a bargraph you have to configure the software. (e.g one cathode wil work at 35°C, 3 at 45°C, 5 at 55°C and so on) when you use differentcolored cathodes you can show how warm your computer is.

you can also use normal LEDs but cathodes.
or simply an fan that will start working at a selfdefined temperature
