or can someone tell me how i can control my pump like i control my fans.my pump is the aquastream xt

That hath no benefit and is not possible as far as I know.

It is not possible with the aquastream XT. You would need another pump which is connected to one of the fan headers or our D5 USB/aquabus. But like EnigmaG said: it makes no real sense.
