Need some help

Dienstag, 5. Januar 2016, 10:00

I have an aquacomputer xt ultra pump in my current system and it works great.

But i have plans on upgrading my system into a diffrent case and will have more space for radiators.

The specs will be:

2 blocks on GPUs
2 blocks on Mobo
1 block on aquaero
2 120 rads
2 360 rads
1 480 rad
gonne do hard tubing in 13/10 mm (ID 3/8" OD 1/2")
Will also be 2 reservoars in the system.
The case is a thermaltake core x9

My question is will my pump be enough to run that system or do i need 1 more to keep the pressure up?

Btw sorry for my bad english :)

I couldn't answer you since I'm not familiar with the XT. From what I've heard, the D5 or DDC are stronger pumps than the Aquastream pumps. Have you done a comparison in data?

Since you are happy with your current configuration, maybe you could provide some additional data?

We know your planned configuration, but...
1. what is your current configuration?
2. what is the flow rate for you current configuration?

My current set up is:

1 360 rads
2 120 rads
2 blocks on GPU
2 blocks on MOBO included CPU

I dont have a flow meter connected to my set up, so its hard to tell flow rate :S

The pump runs at 4831 RPM 80 HZ 12 Volts 0,61 amps

hello
i have the same pump and
my setup right now is

1 720 rad
1 GPU Block
1 CPU Block
1 MOBO Block
2 RAM Blocks

i got a lot of 90°s and 12/10 Hard-Tubing in the system and at 3600rpm of pump the flow is 100L/h

i think the pump should run fine on your future setup
