Aquastream Ultra leaking

Thursday, November 17th 2016, 7:14pm

Hi
I've just bought an Aquastream Ultra. Before installing it in my loop I tried too leak test it with adaptors and hoses without powering it on, and it does leak between the housing and inlet adapter. The inlet adaptor was tightend with hand force. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

You have the correct adapters, and the O-ring is in place and clean?

Same as InfoSeeker: which adapters have you used? I know this problem when the pump is used with other adapters.
