Get a better cooler or lower the clocks as those clocks shouldn't be used 24/7 since you're most likely degrading your chips longevity. I would only clock that high for benchmarks and bring it down to a normal 4.4-4.5-4.6, which ever gives you the best temps and lower voltage overall.

If you have the hardware in place and are asking the best way to set up the aquaero, here is one option:
- set your pump(s) to get the flow rate you are comfortable with (200 to 300 L/H)
- place a Temperature Sensor (like THIS or THIS) in the water loop to read the water temperature
- have an Ambient Air Temperature Sensor (like THIS) outside the computer case to read the room (ambient) temperature
- connect your Radiator Fans to the Fan Ports on the aquaero
- set up a Virtual Temperature Sensor in aquasuite for the difference between the Water Temperature and Ambient Air Temperature
- set up a Fan Controller Curve that increases Radiator Fan Speed as the Virtual Temperature (Water-Air) increases
