First Time Starting Aquero: Loading OS....

First Time I started my aquero it says Loading Os....
then after about 2 min the screen goes off

Then the fans start turning on and off

What is going on? Please help

Welcome to the forum

Do you get a connection via aquasuite?

Maybe you should try a reset. Shutdown your PC, then press and hold the set-button and start your computer. After ~2 seconds you should see a reset message in the display. Now you can release the button.

thanks for fast response,
there is no connection via aquasuite

I hope i Hooked up USB right to Mobo
I know the pin order is correct just don't know if it is on the N.C. side or the Key side of the motherboard usb input I have.

But I did try the reset, I saw it say reset right when i turned on the computer, but then it went back to Loading OS... then after that the same thing. Turns off and fans go on and off variably.

it seems like the aquasuite does detect the aquero, but i don't see any accurate readings in aquasuite

I saw USB installed earlier,
I tried doing FLash, when I did turn it on the aquero said press enter to flash, so i pressed the setup button. I hope that was correct.
But after waiting 15 seconds for restart still nothing

My aquastream is connected to my aquero but doesn't detect it in aquassuite.

After flashing you(!) have to restart, the aquaero won't do that because it can't

So shutdown the PC and start it again. A simple restart will not work.

I can also see the RPM fan reader #'s moving but on main aquasuite screen it says 0%

Yeah i Shut it down for 15 seconds and waited
even turned off powersupply for 30 seconds

Still same thing

49510 rpm - LOL ;D

Does the aquaero itself still not work correctly? Because that is would be your main problem. If the aquaero does not work correct, the USB and aquasuite will also not work correct.

Yeah the aquero it's self is not working correctly =/

It keeps turning off after 2-3 min

What would be the next step?

Am I suppose to connect a power connector to the aquabus extension? I never did could that be the problem?

Only power connector connected is to the Aquero

I did not connect one to the aquastream as I read some people said not to.

But in manual it says both?

The only power connection is the 4-pin molex connector - nothing else.

Well something good happened

I disconnected everything except Power to quero and the aquastream cable.

So far so good, I can see firmware on my aquero is 4.09 should i Update it?
