Hi,

I just updated from X.19 to X.20 which forced me to update my D5NEXT's firmware to 1016 and my OCTO's firmware to 1008. Immediately after I restarted the PC my fans were running at 100% and all of the RGBpx strips reset back to the horrid initial showcase profile with all the colours running in different ways for the OCTO but the D5 is just fine. The OCTO shows up in aquasuite but it doesn't matter what I change nothing happens and as soon as I switch from one profile to another the RGBpx stuff resets while the fan curves stay how I want them visually in aquasuite but they still just run at 100%, even power preset doesn't change anything.

I have tried disconnecting my D5 and running just the OCTO, connecting the OCTO directly to the motherboard (since I usually have everything connected through a hubby7), uninstalling and reinstalling aquasuite, resetting the OCTO to factory settings, turning off all other monitoring softwares, turning off aquasuite's built in monitoring checkboxes, installing an older version of aquasuite (however this just tells me that my firmware is out of date but doesn't let me revert to a previous firmware) but nothing lets me control all the stuff that is attached to the OCTO.

Please help, it's getting insanely annoying having this garbage flash box that sounds like a wind turbine sitting next to me all day.

Did you even read the post... You're just telling me to to exactly what I've already done.

Exactly what detail would you like me to add? It's about as detailed as it could possibly be relating to the issue, what I've done to try fix it and how nothing has worked.
