Sad just installed Ultitube pro w/ D5 next and kryos cuplex next w/ vision and nothing seems to work

Sunday, October 10th 2021, 9:00pm

First, the ultitube led rgbpx strip that's plugged into the rgbpx connector on the D5 next pump doesn't work.

Second, the D5 next pump has a loud alarm every time I power up the PC with errors saying "5v out of range" and "12v out of range''. There was no error when I bridged the 24pin MB PSU connector to fill and test the loop before powering up the mobo. The pump isn't connected to a USB header. Only the 4pin connector included with the pump is connected to the cpu_fan header. I've tried connecting the 4pin to the dedicated aio_pump header and changing the cpu_fan settings to pump mode in the bios, but the alarm continues.

Third, the cuplex kryos next with vision (acrylic rgb version) doesn't work. The screen has the vision logo when the PC powers on, then it flickers black lines. It has never started up properly. The rgb have also never turned on.

Mobo: nzxt b550 n7
PSU: asus rog strix 850w

Edit: I think I'm an idiot and was connecting the 5pin USB connectors to the 4pin fan header. The 5pin connector that looks like a fan connector is USB right? I still don't understand why the ultitube rgb strip isn't lighting up though

My first and most important tip, read the manual!

The connections of the D5 NEXT are labeled, so a wrong wiring is rather difficult.

You need to connect the pump to a USB header to configure it and do firmware updates if necessary, for this you need Aquasuite:
https://aquacomputer.de/software.html

For the VISION display, the same applies to USB and instructions as for the D5 NEXT, whether your problem is related to the USB, I can not say due to lack of information in your thread.
