windows 11 d5 next not recognized

windows 11 d5 next not recognized

Hello,
since i upgraded to windows 11 my d5 next appears at "unknown USB device (Port Reset Failed)" in windows device manager.
Is there a way to fix that?

Bumping this as it now became a real issue.
As i upgraded from w10 from w11 i still had the pumps in aquasuite though i had this usb port reset failed issue.
But now i had to reinstall my system (so w11 from the get go) and i cannot install aquasuite as it doesn't detect any usb devices.
Could i get any help please?

It would be helpful if you provided information about your hardware - at least Mobo, CPU, and specifics on any USB hubs. What Aquacomputer devices do you have? What are the USB cables plugged into? Are the Aquacomputer devices powered properly (SATA or Molex depending on the product)? In your 2nd post you said pumps (plural) - do you have more than one pump in the system? Can you post a screen shot of the USB devices in Device Manager?

it worked OK, for me on my computer. There was a couple of crashes but seemed to be fine overall. I have Gigabyte ITX Z690 with a D5 next and leak shield connected.
