Clearance needed for Ultitube D5 Next with Leakshield

I'm considering getting the Ultitube D5 Next with Leakshield combo, but I'm unsure if I have space for it in my case. If it's mounted vertically to a vertical radiator, how far would it extend from the radiator?

30-35cm if u go with the other mount included within the packaging
