Hello. I have a 100ml utiltube D5 pump combo. Ive tried to run the test and let is run. The test times out after around 4 to 5 min. I cant seem to get the device to pull a negative pressure past 66mbar. I have taken the loop apart and torqued the seals as far as I can. Start the test again and it still wont pull past 66 mbar. I then unscrewed the leakshield from the tube and let it sit in open air while starting a test. It still reads around 66 mbar even tho the thing is not screwed on. I screwed the leakshield back on to the tube and then unconnected the loop from the D5 pump. I sealed the holes with tape so that only the reservoir was connected to the leak shield. Ran a new test and still only 66mbar. What am I doing wrong? What can I do to get the thing to run a proper test? Thank you

I just checked there is no rubber seal between them. None came in the packaging. Where can I find the specs to order one?

There is nothing else in the box. The rubber seal did not come with the unit. Just checked that to haver one shipped would be 75 euros in shipping. Go figure.
