So it all comes down to what are "Please do not post personal support requests". The general questions about the LeadShield Status values are requests for information that multiple members would like to know so the forum is the sensible place to ask.
Nothing prevents you from posting the answers they would give you. I did on another post when i had an issue with a Vision screen.
AC is a small company. they already have days of support tickets backlog. Do you really think they would hire people to answer forum questions because we feel entitled to have official support in the users forum?
If you had contacted them when you first asked questions, you probably already would have your answers :)

Yes the forum is provided by AC, but it's a USERS forum, where AC hardware users discuss with other AC hardware users, and exchange information. that is all. it's nice when AC employees can pitch in, but it's not their job. What you expect they should do will not change what's in their job description, or magically reduce their workload so they can provide support in the forums.

There's an official way to get support, if you don't want to use it, it's on you, but then you shouldn't be expected to complain about not receiving what you never asked for in the first place.
It's a shame actually because the support engineers are very friendly
