Farbwerk 360 and EKWB

Farbwerk 360 and EKWB

Hi everybody,
I'm new to the forum and I'm struggling with a question. Using Aquasuite with the farbwerk for a long time and It's working flawlessly. No I've a new CPU block a EKWB fullcover block with RGB (https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-quantum-mom…ero-d-rgb-plexi)
Using the farbwerk with the aquabus. On channel 1 is a aquacomputer led strip and on channel 2 I connected the EKWB block (3 pin connector).

Now the problem is I can only see the colored leds. I can make green but not a red color. I can dim the green color. Probably it has something to do with only having 3 pins in stead of four. Is there a solution to use the EKWB leds?

Yes I did use the search and cannot find a similar problem.

I'm also using an EKWB water cooler and I've connected it to Farbwerk 360 using one of the adapters from this store.

ARGB is always three pins only (even though the standard ARGB socket has 4 pins, but one is always left empty to make it impossible to plug it in the wrong way).

It seems you have a different problem. Maybe try to use a different channel on your Farberk 360. Try to connect the LED strip to the channel that doesn't work and see if that's working properly.

if you have an original Farbwerk, not the 360, then you should NOT connect ARGB leds to it. Farbwerk is analog 12V leds, and it will kill ARGB leds if you plug them to it. ARGB is 5 volts digital.

He's explicitly mentioned Farbwerk 360 in the topic, and the original Farbwerk wouldn't be able to create ANY kind of output other than killing the LEDs.
