What happens if fans are backdriven while connected to a Quadro?

I realized that with the ducting that is in place for my cooler, the fans can get spun up to like 1000rpm just from the airflow down the duct.

Is it bad for the Quadro to do this?
Should I just set an idle power that is around 1200rpm?
