Leakshield + D5 Next - Leakage detected

Wednesday, May 21st 2025, 10:32am

Recently, I added a NEXT flow sensor to my loop and made a mistake, which caused water to overflow from the Aqualis reservoir and flood the D5 NEXT pump controller. Of course, I removed the controller from the pump, dried it with a cold air blower, and left it overnight to fully dry. However, in the pump settings, a message appeared that I can't remove: "Moisture has been detected on the board at least once." Despite this, the pump itself is working perfectly with no issues.

Everything was fine for about two weeks, until the Leakshield's audio alarm started triggering with the error: "frequent pump activation indicates leakage." Visually, there are no signs of any leaks—everything is dry and working properly. The pump also continues to function well.

Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this?
