HI all...

I purchased an Aquastream pump and connected it all up, filled the system then removed the jumper block. The pump ran ok for a little while then stopped suddenly, the red LED started flashing 4 times and it refused to start again...
I then went out and purchased a second aquastream pump from a local UK stockist and i connected the new aquastream controller onto the old pump to see if it would work, as this would save me draining and disconnecting my loop...
The pump worked again, I was very happy... But only an hour or so later the same thing happened... 4 Flashes from the red LED and the pump wont go...
Can anybody suggest anything i can do?
any help or suggestion would be very appreciated

I do believe the problem to be the pump... As it has know ruined 2 controllers...

I have tried contacting AC but have recieved no reply...

mmhh, may be the support is a bit busy again. just send the email you allready have sent again to support@aqua-computer.de
