I promote AC products yet I never presume I know everything there is to know about them. So like many other members and guests I come on this site to either get help, information or join in any discussions.
Everyday I browse through this forum looking at the questions that are asked whether it’s someone needing advice on what to buy or a bemused member requesting help with problems they just can’t solve.
Yet all I have seen for the last couple of days is constant snipes, or suggestions that AC are either not professional or are discourteous or want a find really rude is the consistent griping about them not speaking or writing fluent English.
To be frank my German is like a tourist’s version limited to say the least.
Although yes it would be good if the entire site was in English but it is a German based site and from what I have seen there are plenty of people on here who have the answers and do put them in English. My website has no alternative language settings does this make me unprofessional or discourteous I have plenty of customers from Europe and Hong Kong and my site isn’t adapted for them yet they understand any orders have to be emailed across yet they don’t complain about it.
I will agree it is difficult to get previews with information on new or up and coming products for the future.
However it takes me only an extra 2 minutes of my time to just copy the info I want in German and paste to this site

I know it can be frustrating or inconvenient not having the site in full English or not being able to obtain the products you require instantly however AC are not the average over commercialised company like so many other cooling manufacturers.
They don’t flood the market so when you get your AC set-up it’s a bit unique not every Joe Bloggs has got the same. Therefore I am asking not on behalf of AC but from my own opinion please stop posting unnecessary gripes about Aqua-computer. Obviously those members concerned about what AC should and shouldn’t do like the products they have bought so I find it really strange they complain so much.
Bottom line is that no one gets ignored the products are good and yes you may have to wait a while to get your order normally not that long but isn’t it well worth the wait.
For those that who cant compromise on the site not being in full English may I suggest perhaps a few lessons learning German I personally have managed fine using translating tools. Finally on a last note in this english forum it was mentioned about wanting a friendly community like the German members have got. I dare say that like me they are a bit envious of the wider scale of members on there who all have the same enthusiasm for AC gear.
I just can't see us getting a warm welcome if all you do is try to show AC in a bad light with no real justified reason.
No doubt some will reply on this saying the above is absolute rubbish but i always say everone is entitled to their own opinion.
